I manage the Partner Channel Team, and create Custom Product Solutions for our Premium Clients.

To always ask for what you want, because the worst that can happen is you get told ‘no’.

1. Describe your job in one sentence:
I work with our Partners to support and deliver strategies, recommendations, reporting, and overall digital marketing solutions.
2. What makes ReachLocal different from other companies you have worked for?
Career Progression. In the five years I’ve worked at ReachLocal, I’ve been lucky enough to progress through five different roles. I’ve also had the opportunity of moving and working across three different offices – Sydney, New Zealand and Melbourne.
3. What’s the best thing about working for ReachLocal?
Company Culture. Across all three offices that I’ve worked in, they’ve all had their own unique and entertaining company culture. One thing I’ve found in common – they all love to base events around food!

Teamwork & Positive Impact. Building out the Partner Channel has relied heavily on teamwork, and as a result, providing our Partners with greater resources has definitely seen a Positive Impact.

With my team, I manage digital ad campaigns for multiple clients across Australia & New Zealand.

Every company has the cliché company value of teamwork, but it is truly acted on at ReachLocal. Everyone is friendly and willing to help, and there is no sense of rivalry between co-workers.

The people. Everyone values each others’ time and opinions, and no one is too important to talk to

Client & Customer Focus. It can be easy to get stuck in the technical aspects of the job, but it is always important to remember the ultimate barometer of success is the Clients’ satisfaction.
5. What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
‘Only stress about what you can change.’ And ‘Never go grocery shopping hungry.’ (The second one has genuinely been a life saver).
