Craig Harris is ReachLocal's Co-Managing Director and has been with the company since 2008. Prior to joining ReachLocal Australia, Craig held various executive positions. He was previously Chief Financial Officer at Travel.com.au Limited for close to 3 years. Prior to this role, he was the General Manager for Tramada Systems. Craig holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Western Sydney, and also holds a Masters in Business Administration MBA obtained through Deakin University. Craig joined ReachLocal as ReachLocal's Chief Operations Officer, and in that role Craig built a high performance operations team which has enabled a rapid expansion of ReachLocal‘s presence in Australia as well as an expansion of the number of online marketing solutions made available to our customers.
Steven Prestidge Co-Managing Director
Steven Prestidge is the Co-Managing Director for ReachLocal Australia and has been with the company since 2007. Steve has over 15 years of sales leadership experience across the computer, creative and online services sectors with a range of big brands, from Dell Computers to Getty Images to ReachLocal. Prior to his current title, Steve was the General Manager of Sales and Marketing at ReachLocal Australia, and has been instrumental in developing sales and marketing strategies, in addition to building high performing teams that deliver true value to his clients across Australia and New Zealand. Under Steve's strong leadership the team has grown to over 200 people in 4 short years, now with offices in Sydney, Newcastle, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, Goldcoast, Perth and Adelaide, in addition to an extended partnership in NZ.
Michael Eves Finance Director
Michael Eves is ReachLocal Australia’s Finance Director and Company Secretary. Prior to joining ReachLocal Australia, Michael held various executive positions in 7.5 years working in London. He was previously Europe Finance Director for the global expert services and consulting firm LECG (now FTI Consulting) from 2008 to 2010. Prior to LECG, Michael served as Finance Director and other senior Finance positions for the factual television programme broadcaster, Discovery Channel Europe from 2005 to 2010. From 2002 to 2005, Michael has served in various capacities in media and transport companies including Corporate Finance Manager at National Express Group. Before his tenure in London, he served as an Audit Senior for HLB Mann Judd in Sydney from 1999 to 2002. Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Major in Accounting from Bond University, Australia and is a CA.
Steve Morrow HR Director
Steve Morrow is ReachLocal’s HR Director, responsible for driving the performance and growth of our people and organisation. Prior to joining ReachLocal, Steve played a key role in the cultural and business transformation of 3 Mobile (Hutchison Telecoms) before the 2009 merger with Vodafone. Following a lead role in the people and culture elements of the merger, he managed the HR function for Sales & Marketing. Before moving into HR, Steve held a range of roles and leadership positions in sales, marketing, executive coaching and management consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales as well as numerous professional accreditations and diagnostic certifications. Steve joined as HR Director in 2013.
Ken Leicester Training and Performance Systems Director
Ken Leicester is ReachLocal’s Training and Performance Director and has been with the company since 2007. Prior to joining ReachLocal, Ken held various roles which revolved around sales and training. Having moved from radio sales in the AM and FM bands to PMP Distribution in the sales team, he then crossed over to become the Owner of the Sales Improvement Project in the same organisation. Ken is one of the founding members of ReachLocal Australia commencing in January 2007. Looking in the revision mirror on his career Ken sees two major achievements. Firstly the intensity and excitement of starting ReachLocal in Australia followed by the complete adoption of the Sales Improvement Project at PMP.
Dianne Phelan Customer Experience Director
Dianne Phelan is the Customer Experience Director for ReachLocal Australia and has been with the company since 2010. Prior to joining ReachLocal, Dianne held various positions in customer service such as Acting Client Services Director for iSOFT, Associate Director for Red Rock Consulting and Asia Pacific Information Management Leader at EDS Australia. During her tenure with various employers, Dianne had several achievements in her career including being nominated twice for ‘excellence in delivery’ at Red Rock Consulting, and awarded for ‘service excellence’ at EDS Australia. Her most recent achievement is building out a highly capable and uniquely qualified services organisation for ReachLocal Australia; growing the department from 8 people to 40 employees in less than 18 months. Dianne’s motto for the Customer Experience team is ‘Start As You Mean To Go On…’
Rebecca Ryan Product and Projects Director
Rebecca Ryan is the Product and Projects Director for ReachLocal Australia and has been with the company since 2007. Prior to joining ReachLocal, Rebecca held the position of Web Administrator for 5 years at Officeworks. Rebecca n is responsible for developing ReachLocal’s products and services fit to the Australian market. Along with her team, she localises the products and ensures that its fit for success and suited to the market in Australia and New Zealand. Rebecca holds a Diploma of Applied Project Management from Australian Institute of Management, a Certificate in Frontline Management and Business Administration and Management from The Academy of Management in Sydney, and studied at the Australian Defence Force Academy.
Glenn Boswell Legal Counsel
Glenn Boswell is the Legal Counsel for ReachLocal Australia and has been with the company since 2011. Glenn has been practising law since 2002 and has worked as a solicitor in New Zealand, Kiribati and Australia. Prior to joining ReachLocal, Glenn worked at Watson Mangioni Lawyers in the commercial team. Glenn focused on off-market mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, employment and general commercial work. It was during his time at Watson Mangioni that Glenn became ReachLocal's trusted external legal advisor for a range of commercial and employment matters. Before moving to Australia in 2006, Glenn worked for a firm specialising in high profile litigation for indigenous people and later worked as a member of the Ministry for the Environment's legal team. Glenn has an LLB and BA (First Class Honours in Geography) from the University of Otago.
Gavin Smithen Regional Sales Director - National Brands & Strategic Partnerships
Gavin Smithen is the National Director the National Brands, Agencies and Reseller Channels and joined ReachLocal in 2009. Gavin has over 14 years’ experience in business development and sales management in the United Kingdom and Australia. Having started his career in the UK in Information Technology sales, Gavin has successfully undertaken Corporate sales roles for leading global organisations, including Dell and Lenovo. Prior to joining ReachLocal Australia, Gavin was responsible for developing and managing a number of key Corporate and Government relationships for digital media provider Getty Images. Gavin achieved consistently strong results in these roles before being actively pursued to join the exciting growth industry of Online Advertising.
Simon Suter Regional Sales Director – NSW | QLD
Simon Suter is the Regional Sales Director for the NSW and QLD Sales Team. Together, this comprises of 7 individual sales groups to manage. Simon has been with the company since 2009, and prior to joining ReachLocal, held various positions across the media industry including QLD State Director at Sensis, Yellow Pages, General Sales Manager at the Australian Radio Network QLD and the Group Sales Manager at the Courier Mail, News Limited.
Paul Liascos Regional Sales Director – VIC | WA | SA
Paul Liascos is the Regional Sales Director for the VIC, WA and SA regions. Together, this comprises of 5 sales groups to manage. Paul has 9 years of sales leadership experience and has been with ReachLocal since 2011, and prior to joining the company held varied Sales Director positions at Sensis, Yellow and White Pages as Sales Director in VIC, W.A. and TAS, and National Sales Director for Government and Agency. Paul is an experienced and highly skilled senior sales leader with strength and expertise in building a strong, outcomes-oriented sales culture with large national and state based teams.
Matt Moore Sales Director - NZ
Matt Moore is the Sales Director NZ for ReachLocal Australia, and joined the company in 2007 to head up the NSW office. Matt tenacity and extensive experience led him to joining ReachLocal Australia to grow the largest performing sales group globally. Matt has had over 12 years of experience in the media and marketing industry, working for various companies such as Getty Images, NineMSN, The LeapFrog Group and Liquid Studious. Matt’s passion for sales and ability to deliver results led to his promotion in 2012 to grow the NZ market. Matt is now working with ReachLocal’s reseller SureFire Search in NZ, to grow the NZ market.
Steven Ashby Sales Director - WA
Steven Ashby is the Sales Director for WA, and joined ReachLocal in 2010. Prior to joining ReachLocal, Steve was the State Director for Sensis at Yellow Pages for over 18 years, gaining a plethora of experience in sales management and driving growth in the media and online advertising industry. Steve holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business/Commerce General obtained at Curtin University of Technology.
